Rab is an island in Croatia and a town of the same name located just off the northern Croatian coast in the Adriatic Sea.

The island is 22 km long, has an area of 93.6 km² . The highest peak is Kamenjak at 408 meters. The northeastern side of the island is mostly barren, karst, while the southwestern side is covered by one of the last oak forests of the Mediterranean.

Ferries connect the island of Rab with the mainland ports of Jablanac and Rijeka, as well as with the neighbouring islands of Krk and Pag.

帕格島是克羅埃西亞的第五大島，有跨海大橋連結。

The island of Pag is among the biggest islands on the Adriatic: 285 km2 makes it fifth in size, and 270 km of indented coastline makes it the island with the longest coast on the Adriatic, a coast filled with bays, coves, peninsulas and beaches.

Pag is unique in vegetation habitat where there are almost no trees. It is the biggest empire of rock on the Adriatic intersected by many drystone walls where only thin grass, small aromatic plants, sage and immortelle grow. It is precisely this aromatic plant that is the basis of the Pag sheep nutrition on these rocks and it gives a particular taste to the famous Pag cheese. Therefore visit the numerous tourist places on the island of Pag that will captivate you at first glance!

克羅地亞的伊甸園 (EDEN)

A small town near Zadar, Nin has a very rich and tumultuous history. Its location is intriguing; the heart of Nin is its historical center on an islet only 500 meters in diameter. 2011 台灣武陵四秀 (7) + (8)

美點花蓮：

❤ ✿ ❤ 七星潭海灘 & 太魯閣 ✿ ❤ ✿

11月4日，早上5 時半集合，步出海灘拍日出，清晨海風送爽！

7 時20分騎單車，沿太平洋岸邊而行，視覺好享受！

8 時半吃自助早餐，9 時大堂集合拍照，然後出發去太魯閣。

2011 台灣武陵四秀 (5) 桃山 + (6)

樂在桃山：

桃山，海拔3325公尺，山頂有三等三角點基石，名列台灣高山百岳排名 44，山勢為八秀之5，峰頂頗似桃尖，山容秀麗，山勢魁梧，山頂圓潤。360度的極佳視野，中央山脈北段(南湖大山、中央尖山)及雪山聖稜線(東霸尖、大霸尖、小霸尖、巴紗拉雲山、布秀蘭山、素密達山、穆特勒布山、雪山北峰、凱蘭特崑山、北稜角、雪山主峰)盡收眼裡。

喀拉業山，海拔3133公尺，山頂有二等三角點#1549基石，名列台灣高山百岳排名 84。

11月2日，早上6 時起床，在山屋旁看見太陽躲在大片烏雲後面，

給雲鑲嵌了金邊，於是拍了數張相。

7 時吃早餐，7時40分出發往桃山山屋，

9時到達三叉營地，休息半小時後繼續上路，

10時在一開揚路徑，看見遠方桃山山頂有人，想必是精英隊；

11時半到達池有與桃山間最低點，20分鐘後行至寬敞處休息，

下午1時終於到達桃山山屋。

2011 台灣武陵四秀 (3) 品田山 + (4) 池有山

品田山之巔 :

武陵四秀，因四連峰近武陵農場而得名，屬雪山山脈北段布秀蘭山向東延伸的一條稜脊，由西至東，依序是品田山(3524公尺)、池有山(3303公尺)、桃山(3325公尺)與喀拉業山(3133公尺)，步道全程長8.9公里，四座均名列台灣高山百岳；武陵四秀屬雪霸國家公園管轄範圍。品田山，山頂有森林三角點基石，名列台灣高山百岳排名 23，山勢為十峻之7，多險峻危崖；由硬砂岩斷層構成，方岩平疊，南面為品田皺摺，如品田等字堆成，因而得名，西面皺褶參差錯斷，與布秀蘭山有垂降的品田斷崖相隔，景觀奇特，另有台灣黃山之別名。

11月1日，早上5 時半起床，走到山屋前草坡拍日出，

7 時吃早餐，跟著齊齊做早操，7時3刻出發上品田山，

9 時半到 V形崖頂，10時1刻終於登上品田山之巔。

登山前記 :

10 月 29 日，早上 8 時 18 個院友齊集機場，

乘 10 時正飛機去台北，11時半抵達桃園機場，

吃了兩次早餐的我們，浩浩蕩蕩走出機場。

台灣高雄遊 2012

美濃與旗津
2012-4-1（Sun），開心院友5人組，乘早上9點港龍機飛往台灣高雄，
可是半小時後飛機還未啟動，忽然廣播告知有固障要轉換另一航機，
結果在10點45分始起飛，到達高雄時已過12點。
高雄機場不大，我們過關後取了一些旅遊小冊和地圖，
世伯帶我們往租車處，辦妥手續就可開始自駕遊，
首先到世伯在美濃的豪宅，放下行李就去醫肚啦！
在街口轉左「食為先」午餐，飯後回去休息, 4點半出發去美濃民族村
跟著就去糖廠，在關門那一刻，我們趕及進內選購雪糕, 今晚到隔壁鍾媽媽家吃飯，菜肴豐富，飯後飲高梁，充滿歡笑聲的一頓飯。
